Catalog CSV Check

The problem

Missing listing details, repeated IDs, and malformed prices or links can slip into a product catalog before it is published.

What this tool does

Review a one-product-per-row CSV in your browser. Map columns, inspect source-row findings and suggested fixes, then download an issue report.

Try the example

Choose “Load sample file” to see typical catalog issues, or use your own UTF-8 CSV. The original file is not changed.

The tool interface and findings are currently in English. Column names can be in any language when you map them manually.

Your CSV and issue report are processed in this browser; the tool does not upload their contents. The site separately uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit metrics. Page-level analytics is separate from file processing and does not include CSV cell contents.

Limits

This is a general preflight check, not a Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or other platform validator. It checks currency-code format, not current validity or platform acceptance, and it cannot guarantee that an import will succeed.

Catalog Delta Auditor

The problem

A new export may differ from the last one in price, stock, title, or product rows. Reviewing two large files manually makes those changes easy to miss.

What this tool does

Compare two CSV, TSV, or delimited text exports by one stable product ID or SKU. Review added and removed rows and changed values in shared columns, with before-and-after values and source lines.

Try the example

Choose “Load example” to compare fictional product files showing a price change, a stock change, one added item, and one unchanged item.

The tool controls, status messages, and report labels are in English. This page is available in English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.

Files are parsed in the current browser tab. The tool code does not upload file contents or send analytics requests. The website separately uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for page visits; those page-level metrics do not include CSV cell contents.

Limits

CSV, TSV, or delimited TXT with a header row; UTF-8 or BOM-marked UTF-16. Up to 20 MiB and 20,000 rows per file. One matching, unique ID/SKU column is required. No XLSX, header mapping, composite keys, currency conversion, platform validation, or store updates. Results clear when the tab is refreshed or closed. A missing row may reflect different export filters, not a confirmed deletion.
